This application has not accessed this QuickBooks company data file before.

This error message could occur due to the following reasons:

• You are not signed in as ADMIN in QuickBooks
• You just downloaded a new AdvancePro update and need to assign access to QuickBooks company file. See below on how to assign access
• To assign privileges go to Company Preferences
• Integrated Applications and allocate access to the new version of AdvancePro
