How to show new cost column on a related VPO

AdvancePro added a new feature where you can view cost of the item and add/modify the cost on a pending invoice to reflect actual charges.

This will be visible as long as hide cost is not enabled in site settings for users other than admin/super admin

Go to Admin --> Site Settings --> Additional Settings Tab --> Uncheck Hide Product Cost Price (except Super Admin and Admin roles)
