Note: “AdvancePro” synchs with QuickBooks version 2002 and above. It does not synch with QuickBooks Basic versions! Note: You must be logged in in QuickBooks as the Admin in the single user mode in order to successfully synchronize AdvancePro with QuickBooks.
If you try to synch with unsupported versions of QuickBooks you’ll get the following error: ‘The version of QBXML that was requested is not supported or is unknown.’
If your QuickBooks version is supported and you still get an error, please check whether another version of QuickBooks was /is installed on the system. If yes, then please back up your QuickBooks file and uninstall previous and the current version and delete the following files:C:\Program Files\Intuit and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooks
Re-install QuickBooks and restore back up file.
