Username/Password recovery

You can retrieve your username/password in the event you forget them

1. On the login screen, click "Forgot username/password"

2. Enter the email address associated with your username

3. You will receive your username and a Temporary password in your email

NOTE: AN EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE USERNAME.
(Admin>>SITE SETTINGS). 

You will receive an error if the email address entered is not associated with the user
