      The version of QBXML that was requested is not supported or is unknown.

      AdvancePro synchs with QuickBooks version 2002 and above. It does not synch with QuickBooks Basic versions.

      If your QuickBooks version is supported please check whether another version of QuickBooks was/is installed on the system. If yes, then please uninstall it as well as the current version and delete the following files:

      • C:\Program Files \ Intuit
      • C:\Program Files \ Common Files \Intuit \QuickBooks
