The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion.
The C:/Program Files/AdvancePro/ data folder may be compressed. Do the following to uncompress the folder:
- Navigate to the C:/Program Files/AdvancePro
- Right-click the data folder, and select Properties
- Click the Advance button
- Deselect the "Compress contents to save disk space" option
- Click OK
