"The name of the list element _________ is already in use".

This error means that the failed record already exists in QuickBooks. QuickBooks does not allow you to export duplicate records. To allow the export to go ahead successfully you need to open the Export report > click on the error reference number > click the "Re-link..." button and then export again. This will re-link the AdvancePro record with the QuickBooks record. To ensure that this issue does not occur in the future please do not edit records in QuickBooks.

All changes must be made in AdvancePro. Also, make sure that you DO NOT click the "Re-export to QuickBooks" button that exists in Products, Vendors, Customers edit files.
