The FedEx Shipping Manager is not exporting the tracking number back to AdvancePro.

  • Open the integration assistant on the on the Export screen, make sure the fields are mapped correctly
  • Make sure the client is not deleting the "Customer Reference" field after importing an order from AdvancePro. This field is used when the tracking number is exported back to AdvancePro.
  • Send Customer Support the following file from the client for us to review: C:\Program Files\FedEx\Integration\System\Logging\iauiErrors.xml
