      The Excel column names do not display in AdvancePro.

      The column names may not display in AdvancePro due to the following reasons:

      • The column names may have spaces
      • The column names are not located in the first row of the spreadsheet
      • The column names are in bold or color
      • The excel book`s sheet is not called Sheet1
      • There are other Sheets with data in the Excel Book
      • The column names are all in upper case
      • There are some fields populated with data and they are without any column names
      Please make the necessary changes to your spreadsheet and the column names will appear on the RHS of the AdvancePro Excel Import form.
