The AdvancePro Client cannot locate the AdvancePro Server in a VPN?
To enable an AdvancePro Client to access/locate the AdvancePro server on a VPN, check for the following:
- The Server`s firewall must be disabled
- The anti virus software on both the client and the server must be disabled
- The 1433/1434 ports must be open. If neither of the above work, then physically bring the client into the network and connect it to the server. You can then place the client into the VPN and it will connect to the AdvancePro Server.
