QuickBooks Export Error after Migration (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040418)

This application has not accessed this QuickBooks company data file before. Only the QuickBooks administrator can grant an application permission to access a QuickBooks company data file for the first time.  (Exception from HRESULT: 0X80040418)
The QuickBooks integrated application certificate may need to be updated.  
On QuickBooks (Admin, Single User Mode):
1.  Open Preferences
2. Go to Integrated Applications
3. Look for AdvancePro on the integrated applications list.
4. Delete this entry
5. Close Preferences screen
6. Keep QuickBooks open
On AdvancePro:
1. Open QuickBooks Tab
2. Click Settings
3. Click the "Export" Tab
4.  Check the setting to retain the account information. (Please take a screenshot of this screen before the next step)
5. Click Re-Import
This will trigger the QuickBooks Application Certificate screen. Select "Yes, always;  allow access even if QuickBooks is not running"
Credit card, social security, etc (sensitive info) box is optional

6. Hit Continue and proceed.
After these steps, you should be able to sync to QuickBooks.
