The printer not showing when printing (CLOUD SERVERS)
When Customers are on the cloud server and they are not seeing their local printers this could be an issue with Citrix Print service.
1.) Make sure there are no "Disconnected" session for that user. If there are, log it off.
2.) Log off also the active session for that user.
3.) Open Task Manager > Services > Open Services.
4.) Look for Citrix Print Manager Services
5.) Right click Citrix Print Manager Services and Restart
6.) Ask the customer to log in and try printing.
