Payment Export Error Invoice #:3020 - payment method - The Invoice "customer name" Invoice #:3020" specified in the request cannot be found. The invoice appears in QuickBooks & is showing up as "Paid"

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  • Void the invoice in QuickBooks and rename the invoice Number (You can append a V to denote voided)
  • Go to AdvancePro and mark the invoice for "re-export"
  • Export to QuickBooks - the invoice will now appear in QuickBooks
  • Export again to export the payment next
