Missing characters when printing documents in batches

 

If you encounter random, missing characters on documents that have been printed in batch (invoices, picking slips, etc.), it could be due to a known Windows printing issue. There is a hotfix from Microsoft that you can download from the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2853777
