"Item Name" specified in the request cannot be found." QuickBooks error message: "Your version of this record has a different deleted count that the one in the data file. Please be sure this item has not been deleted or modified in QuickBooks books deleting items in QuickBooks will result in an error.
"...specified in the request cannot be found" error message is generated if the item does not exist in QuickBooks."

The record is being sent to QuickBooks with updated information but AdvancePro cannot locate the record. This issue usually occurs if you have either deleted the record or updated the record in QuickBooks. To enable the failed record to export, please access the record (item, vendor or customer) account to edit and go to Additional Info Tab, click "Re-Export" to QuickBooks. Then access the QuickBooks section and export the records. If the next failure message is "...this records exists", click the reference number in the failure report and click the "Re-Link" button and then export again.
