IMPORTING PRODUCTS TO ADVANCEPRO

IMPORTING 
Please do the following:

1.) Go to ‘Admin’ switchboard

2.) Open ‘Utilities’

3.) Click ‘Excel Export/ Import’ button

4.) Select ‘Import Products’

NOTE: PRODUCT_NAME and SKU are required fields in your spreadsheet. The rest are optional.

5.) Browse for the file that was updated from your export.

6.) Match up the AdvancePro fields on the LEFT with your Excel Fields on the RIGHT and press MAP
NOTE: Cost_Price will not be updated unless you associate it to a Vendor. Make sure to include the Vendor when importing the Cost_Price, without this, Cost_Price will remain the same.

7.) Finally hit NEXT and IMPORT

RULES TO FOLLOW WHEN IMPORTING A SPREADSHEET:
-Please make sure to avoid spaces in headers. Use underscores.
-Sheet1 must be named ‘Sheet1’. No other sheets should exist except ‘Sheet1’
-Make sure to save the file as an “.XLS” file (Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls)
