      IE security settings greyed out for citrix users.

      1. Login as the user and access Desktop. Open IE. Click the GEAR ICON>>INTERNET OPTIONS

      2. Go to the ADVANCED TAB>>RESET

      3. You should now be able to adjust security settings. It will also be reset to default.
