I get a Database Log In form whenever I try to generate a report in AdvancePro.
The most common reason for this issue is an incompatibility of Crystal Reports used in AdvancePro and the Microsoft BCM (Business Contact Manager) software installed on your computer. Usually it goes in the bundle along with Microsoft Office Enterprise Edition 2003 and later versions. It is an addition to Microsoft Outlook software.
Solution:
Step 1 Uninstall AdvancePro
Step 2 Uninstall Microsoft BCM
Step 3 Re-install AdvancePro
You should not have any problems at this point. Contact our technical support otherwise.
