I exported to QuickBooks and now I cannot locate information that was exported to the QuickBooks company file.
This occurs if you have first exported the data to QuickBooks and then done any of the following:
- Restored the backup of an old QuickBooks file
- Changed the QuickBooks file path in the AdvancePro QuickBooks settings
- The QuickBooks file is located over the network and you copied it onto the local drive and changed the file location in one of the clients but not in the AdvancePro installations.
- You changed the file path in AdvancePro Server QuickBooks settings but did not change it in the AdvancePro Client QuickBooks settings
