      AdvancePro added a nee feature where you can setup taxable/non-taxable item default by Customer/Price List/Order.

      1. Enable "CPO Default to PriceList Items" on Site Settings"

           Go to Admin --> Site Settings --> Additional Settings Tab --> Check "CPO Default to PriceList Items" on Site Settings"
