How to restrict the salesrep selection to the assigned salesrep when creating a customer order or generating reports

AdvancePro now has a feature where you can restrict/lock the salesrep selection to the assigned salesrep when generating reports or creating a customer order.

AdvancePro now has a feature where you can restrict/lock the salesrep selection to the assigned salesrep when generating reports or creating a customer order. To set this up, you will need to go to the Salesrep switchboard > Add new or Edit an existing Salesrep > Additional info > Click on "Restrict the Sales Rep Selection on CPO, Reports" > Save and close.

Make sure that the sales rep is assigned to the user.

To do this, go to Admin switchboard > Site Administrators.

Select the salesrep in the "Assign Sales Rep" dropdown and click update.

Once this is set, every time you place an order, the Salesrep dropdown will be locked to that salesrep.

Same goes when generating a report.
