      How to Register to the AdvancePro Customer Support Portal

      1. Register your email on this link

      2. Wait for the email confirmation to appear on your email inbox. It may take 2-3 minutes.

      3. Click  "Register to view content"

       

      4. You will be led to a site to enter your password for the customer portal. Enter and Save your password, and login.

       

      5. You will now see the customer portal. Click "View all Tickets" or explore the portal with your existing tickets.

       

      6. Access the portal again by going to our Knowledgebase and clicking Go to Customer Portal or simply go to this link: https://help.advanceprotech.com/tickets-view
