How to Locate Inactive Items on AdvancePro
To locate inactive items please go to:
1.) View all products
2.) Check box (upper right side of the screen) for "Display Inactive"
3.) Search for items that are inactive
To set the Product as inactive/active please go to:
1.) View all Products
2.) Edit the selected product
3.) Under "Product Information" tab, look for 'Product is inactive' checkbox
4.) Check box to set SKU inactive. Uncheck to set as active.
