      How to Export Reports in PDF, XLS, XLSX, and other Formats on AdvancePro

      RPT, PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, RTF, XML, DOC

       

      1. After generating the report, click the Export button on the top left corner

      2. Select the format you would like to export . Available formats: RPT, PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, RTF, XML

      Please note that the "Excel Data Only" format is primarily intended for minimal formatting when preparing Excel files for printing. However, its main utility lies in its effectiveness for exporting data as a flat file.

       

      3. Click Save when ready.
