Get a "Server Threw an Exception" error message if you try to do the Initial Import from QuickBooks company file to AdvancePro. The import of the accounts usually works but not the initial import.

The QuickBooks version may not be supported for AdvancePro synchronization. Please make sure that the QuickBooks file versions are 2002, 2003, 2004 (pro, premier and enterprise). All QuickBooks Basic versions are not supported.

Please upgrade your QuickBooks version. If the QuickBooks version is supported (as stated above), please be sure to get the latest updates from QuickBooks.

Open your QuickBooks company file and press "Ctrl 1" and note the version number. This may be asked for by the AdvancePro Support.
