Factors Why Inventory Could be Different on AdvancePro and QuickBooks

There are MANY factors why inventory could be different. It needs to be reviewed on per item by item bases.

Examples:
If vendor bills or customer invoices were not finalized/created

If vendor returns have not been confirmed


Not all data was exported in the past
See Site Settings >> QuickBooks Settings and see if the below option is checked



Lack of client’s understanding of the process involved
Other unidentified causes (Contact Technical Support ASAP)
