When adding a product to the customer order, you experience one or more of these error messages popping up; not allowing you to add the product:

Cause: Single quotation marks on Product SKU Number

Solutions
1. Avoid Single quotation marks on SKU#s
2. Use the Product Selector screen to enter such sku#s with single quotes
