Customer update-Carrier where does this info go in QuickBooks as we can`t find it in the customer profile?

The QuickBooks SDK does not allow for a Carrier to be exported for an account profile. Carriers ARE exported to QuickBooks and can be seen under "Ship Via", but are not linked to a customer profile.
