Customer Account Notes
You can add notes on every customer account by going to Customers switchboard > Edit customer and Company Info tab
Add a note and click on Save & Close
Also, you have an option to add the Notes column in the View All Customers screen by going to the icon. Make sure the Notes column is enabled before clicking on Save & Close
Notes will be then shown as a column in View All Customers.
