All customers do not export from the Excel Spreadsheet into AdvancePro.

Some data must be presorted for the following column names: Billing Zip code,Shipping Zip Code.

If the data in the above mentioned columns is Numeric and Alpa Numeric (1234-787), that data and other corresponding columns must be separated and imported from different excel spreadsheets. The Excel Import Utility may not be recognizing the addresses. If all the address information, such as, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip Code, and country are located under one column name, that information will not be recognized during the import.

You would have to separate the address information into separate column names, as given in the AdvancePro Excel Import Utility and then try the import.
