AdvancePro is asking for the product key.
Please, try the following:
- Close AdvancePro
- Go to C:\Program Files\AdvancePro\
- Locate the file AdvancePro.ini and Delete it
- File Extension (.ini) could be hidden depending on the Windows OS Settings
- To display the File Extensions of the files you can go to Folder Tools Menu --> Folder Options --> View Tab --> Under Advanced Settings --> make sure the following option is NOT checked:[ ] Hide Extensions for known file types
- Go to Start > All Programs > AdvancePro > Restore Backup Database
- Click Subscription Menu > select Enable
- Start AdvancePro and activate the software with your web login
