AdvancePro is asking for the product key.

Please, try the following:

  • Close AdvancePro
  • Go to C:\Program Files\AdvancePro\
  • Locate the file AdvancePro.ini and Delete it
    • File Extension (.ini) could be hidden depending on the Windows OS Settings
    • To display the File Extensions of the files you can go to Folder Tools Menu --> Folder Options --> View Tab --> Under Advanced Settings --> make sure the following option is NOT checked:[ ] Hide Extensions for known file types
  • Go to Start > All Programs > AdvancePro > Restore Backup Database
  • Click Subscription Menu > select Enable
  • Start AdvancePro and activate the software with your web login
